Volume 343 Pencil Set

Tune into an iconic memory of broadcast television in the form of Blackwing’s new Volume 343 Pencil Set.

Featuring a design inspired by the colour bars that we most often saw when a TV station was off the air, this familiar vision of a pre-streaming era isn’t just a nostalgic delight it’s a reflection on the changing technologies that shape our lives, and the cultural impact that the medium had when we all gathered around the TV en masse to see major events and unforgettable stories.

In addition to the test-pattern design on the body, the Volume 343 Pencil Set features a “TV snow” silver foil and matching ferrule that you’ll struggle to explain to anyone under 25, and an Extra Firm graphite perfect for sketching or writing in your journal while watching cartoons on a Saturday morning.
