Reflection Refillable Journal Insert

Make time to check in with yourself thanks to the supportive guidance of Studio Milligram’s thoughtful Reflection Journal Insert.

Designed to fit into your Refillable Journal so it’s always close to hand, the Reflection Journal Insert is a simple way to make yourself a priority. That can be challenging when there are so many things demanding your attention, but the humble Reflection Journal Insert is a gentle reminder that you do well to attend to your own needs.

The daily reflection template invites you to consider your overall mood and the day’s highlights, as well as hopes for the next day. The Reflection Journal Insert also offers bigger-picture opportunities, with a Letter to Self section at the beginning of the Journal, and a review section that invites you to look back when you’ve filled the Journal’s pages.
