Leonardo Lilac + Bright Silver Shimmer Ink Bottle – 40ml

Soft lilac, sprinkled with silver. Leonardo Lilac + Bright Silver Shimmer Ink is a dreamy, feminine fountain pen ink that sparkles every time light touches the page. It’s made for wedding cards, birthday wishes, bullet journal headers and letters that deserve something extra.

The colour

A gentle lilac base gives you a pretty, readable writing colour, while the bright silver shimmer adds a subtle, glittering finish once the ink dries. Tilt the page and watch it twinkle.

Who will love it?

• Journal keepers who love pastel spreads
• Calligraphers and hand-letterers
• Anyone writing invitations, thank-you notes or festive cards
• Fountain pen fans building a collection of shimmer inks

Tips for shimmer inks

Before filling, give the bottle a gentle roll or shake to mix the particles back in. A wetter pen with a medium or broader nib will show the most shimmer. And because shimmer particles can settle inside a pen, it’s a good idea to flush it with water every few weeks, or whenever you switch inks.

Drying time and water resistance

This ink isn’t fast drying, so allow a few extra seconds before touching the page. It isn’t water resistant either, which makes it better for creative and personal writing than for official documents.
